MULTI-GENERATION (M-GEN) HOMES AT PARTRIDGE PLACE IN SILVER SPRING

METROHOME GROUP, LLC  announced the sale of three new Multi-Generation (M-GEN) homes at Partridge Place in Northern Silver Spring. 

The three (3) new construction homes will be located at the intersection of Fairland Road and Partridge Drive in the Colesville Neighborhood of Silver Spring. All of the three (3) Lots are currently vacant and are located in a well established neighborhood context. Each of the Lot's approximate 12,000 SF. The closest major intersection to the homes is Randolph Road and New Hampshire Avenue which is within a short walking distance. This major intersection features a Neighborhood Shopping Center that is anchored by Giant Foods. Other major tenants include Ledo's Pizza, Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds.
